Identification of vulnerable energy consumers in Les Mureaux

Enea Consulting and the Île-de-France Regional Agency for Environment and New Energies (ARENE, Agence Régionale de L’Environnement et des Nouvelles Energies Île-de-France), in partnership with Énergies Solidaires, conducted a pre-diagnosis of energy poverty in the city of Les Mureaux in 2013.

This work was an opportunity for the city to obtain a turnkey tool to characterise households exposed to energy poverty at the neighborhood level. Based mostly on public data, this characterisation tool can be reproduced for other cities benefiting from access to the same data.

This work is part of the program to combat energy poverty set up by Énergies Solidaires and the City of Les Mureaux.

This summary report presents the main results of this work and details the main methodological rules used.
